The Team Member role at Burger King is crucial to maintaining the operational standards and ensuring a positive experience for every guest. Working under the guidance of the General Manager, Assistant Managers, and Shift Coordinators, the Team Member provides exceptional guest service and collaborates with other team members to uphold the restaurant's quality and safety standards. This position involves various responsibilities, including greeting guests warmly, accurately processing orders and payments, preparing and packaging food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant—covering the dining areas, restrooms, and exterior spaces. Additionally, Team Members are responsible for adhering to health and safety protocols, stocking inventory supplies, and consistently demonstrating punctuality on assigned shifts. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays and demands a commitment to the Burger King uniform and grooming standards.   • Ability to interact in a positive and professional manner with guests and coworkers
  • Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greets guests with a smile while receiving orders and processing payments
  • Prepares and packages food and drink products
  • Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant at all times including dining room, restroom and exterior
  • Maintains health and safety standards in work areas
  • Unloads and stocks inventory items as needed
  • Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts
  • Follows Burger King uniform and grooming standards and policies
