Vice President of Marketing Duties & Responsibilities
- Analyze current branding and marketing strategies and improve them
- Lead and manage a skilled marketing team and delegate tasks fairly
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and yearly budgets, allocating resources as needed
- Conduct market research and apply new strategies from the findings
- Monitor industry trends and organize meetings to share updates with the team
- Monitor competitors’ successes and failures to learn and adapt
- Supervise marketing events and launches
- Set daily, weekly, monthly and yearly targets, introducing incentives for achieving them
- Report to the Head of Director
Vice President of Marketing Experience Requirements & Skills
