Salary: $30,000–$35,000/year

Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week), Monday–Friday, with the possibility of overtime beyond 40 hours per week

Janitor Duties & Responsibilities

• Execute regular cleaning activities, including sweeping, mopping and vacuuming the floors
• Disinfect surfaces and high-touch areas to maintain a hygienic environment
• Empty trash and recycling bins to ensure proper waste disposal
• Ensure cleanliness and proper stocking of restrooms

• Conduct regular inspections to maintain a well-organized and safe facility
• Work flexible hours, including early mornings or late nights, to accommodate cleaning schedules
• Manage and organize cleaning supplies for efficient use

Janitor Experience Requirements & Skills

• Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning roles is preferred
• Familiarity with cleaning tools, equipment and chemicals
• Knowledge of proper waste disposal procedures
• Experience in handling minor repairs and maintenance tasks
• Proficiency in various cleaning techniques
