Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand for sustained periods
- able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
- continuous repetitive movement with fingers, hands, wrists and arms
- continuous grasping and reaching, often above shoulder level
- ability to be exposed to various salon chemicals and fragrances
- ability to observe guest’s hair including close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus
- ability to communicate effectively with guests regarding services

- well-developed interpersonal skills
- computer knowledge including point-of-sale systems and data entry
