The role of Bilingual Automotive Receptionist / Customer Experience Coordinator at Freeland Chevrolet is vital as the welcoming face and voice of the showroom. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous receptionist, front desk, customer service, hospitality, retail, or call center experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outgoing, positive personality and a genuine love for working with people
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling
- Comfortable with basic computer skills, email, and standard office software
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Job Duties
- Answer multi-line dealership phones and route calls to sales, service, parts, and finance departments
- Greet every customer and visitor with a warm, upbeat, and professional demeanor
- Direct guests to the correct department and introduce customers to their salesperson
- Notify team members promptly when their customers arrive
- Schedule and confirm sales appointments
- Support the sales and management team with light administrative work, including memos, correspondence, and reports
- Maintain a polished, welcoming front desk and showroom presence
- Maintain customer lounge and ensure refreshments area is cleaned and stocked
- Deliver a five-star customer experience from the very first hello
