Job Description
Our company is a leading property management service provider dedicated to delivering exceptional resident and guest experiences at the various residential properties we support. We maintain a strong commitment to fostering meaningful relationships with residents and guests by providing outstanding customer service and maintaining secure, welcoming environments. Through our services, we enhance community living and ensure that the properties we manage operate smoothly and efficiently. Our team members are valued as the face of our service because they create first impressions that set the tone for the entire resident and guest experience.
We are currently seeking a Front Desk Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, specifically for weekend shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays. This role is vital in supporting the operations of the properties we manage and is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at independent work. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for residents, guests, and service providers, handling access control, monitoring safety systems, addressing concerns, and ensuring that every interaction reflects the high standards of our company. The position offers an hourly wage ranging from $20.00 to $22.00, paid bi-weekly, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes dental and vision options.
In this role, you will be responsible for greeting and directing residents and guests, managing building access, handling deliveries and packages, and engaging with all visitors in a professional and courteous manner. You will also monitor fire alarm and emergency response systems and maintain accurate records and documentation as part of your daily activities. Safety is a top priority, and you will be expected to follow established safety procedures to maintain a secure working environment.
The Front Desk Associate position requires a person with excellent organizational skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a positive, diplomatic approach to customer service. Critical thinking, problem-solving, sound judgment, and the ability to make well-informed decisions are essential to succeed in this role. You must be capable of understanding and interpreting technical procedures, leases, or regulations to effectively support residents and property operations.
Physical demands include the ability to stand, sit, walk, occasionally climb, and lift up to 50 pounds. The role also requires being on call and having the flexibility to work extended hours and weekends as needed. You must be comfortable working with personal computers and phones for extended periods and have the sensory ability to detect auditory and visual emergency alarms.
Joining our team means becoming part of a community focused on service excellence and operational efficiency. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with residents and guests while contributing to the overall success of the properties we manage. You will receive ongoing support and training to ensure that you can perform your duties effectively and with confidence. We are committed to equal employment opportunities and provide accommodations for candidates with disabilities during the selection process. If you are energetic, customer-focused, and interested in a rewarding part-time opportunity, we invite you to apply for the Front Desk Associate position today.
