Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in food preparation or kitchen environment is preferred
Ability to read and interpret recipes and production sheets
Capability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Basic understanding of sanitation and food safety guidelines

Job Qualifications

Ability to read and follow recipes and production sheets
Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment is preferred
Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen safety practices
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a team setting

Job Duties

Prepares appropriate food, hot, cold, in a timely fashion
Is responsible for cleaning equipment and keeping work area in a sanitary condition
Operate various pieces of kitchen equipment as assigned, reports malfunctioning equipment
Reports unsafe conditions and suggests possible solutions
Prepares food properly using recipes in order to produce a standard product
Weigh and measures ingredients, properly using recipes in order to produce a standard product
