The role of Bartender at The Ritz-Carlton Dallas is pivotal in creating unique and memorable customer experiences through exceptional beverage service. Unlike a traditional bartender, this position emphasizes not only the technical skills of preparing drinks accurately but also the art of anticipating and meeting evolving guest needs. The Bartender acts as a gracious host within the bar area, extending their responsibility beyond beverage preparation to ensure the overall guest experience is outstanding. This is a full-time, non-management position that is tip eligible and includes service charge compensation. The Bartender at The Ritz-Carlton Dallas is expected to maintain professionalism through their appearance, communication, and adherence to company policies. They create a safe working environment and protect the company’s assets while ensuring confidentiality and maintaining high standards of quality. Physical stamina is essential, as the job involves standing, sitting, walking extensively, and performing tasks that require lifting, pushing, and reaching.
