You will also maintain a clean and organized bar station, adhere to health and safety standards, and ensure regulatory compliance by monitoring alcohol service responsibly.

In addition to engaging directly with guests, you will handle all payment methods efficiently, conduct end-of-shift reconciliations, and collaborate closely with the team to foster a positive and safe working environment. Job Requirements

  • Previous bartending experience preferred
  • Knowledge of mixology and drink recipes
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Must comply with liquor laws and regulations

  • Knowledge of drink recipes mixology techniques and responsible alcohol service practices
  • Ability to stand and move at a fast pace for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Deliver high-quality bar service to all guests building personal connections through friendly conversation intuitive drink recommendations and a welcoming atmosphere
  • Maintain a clean organized bar station complete daily bar cleaning and side work to health and safety standards
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of the full cocktail menu beer and wine selections ingredients preparation methods and garnishes confidently answering guest questions
  • Ensure consistent food and beverage quality and presentation that meets guest expectations every time
  • Accurately process all payment methods cash card and digital and complete end-of-shift reconciliation
  • Promote teamwork and contribute to a safe positive work environment
  • Card all guests and monitor responsible alcohol service to prevent overservice and ensure liquor law compliance
  • Perform other duties as assigned
