- 3+ years of professional cooking experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- advanced knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and kitchen equipment
- ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure during busy service hours
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- high attention to detail and commitment to food quality
- food handler's certificate or ability to obtain upon hire
- culinary degree or formal training is a plus but not required
