This is a part-time position with an hourly wage ranging from $17.00 to $18.00. Shift schedules include nights, weekends, and holidays, highlighting the dynamic and event-driven nature of the work environment. Attendance reliability and availability to work as scheduled are crucial to meet business needs. Moreover, OVG offers part-time employees access to a 401(k) savings plan with matching contributions, supporting employees’ financial well-being.
Oak View Group places a strong emphasis on diversity, equity, and inclusion. The company actively seeks to cultivate a workplace where diverse voices and backgrounds are valued and where inclusivity sparks innovation, enhances service, and elevates operational excellence.
