Pitch 25 is currently hiring line cooks, prep cooks, dishwashers, and food runners to join their dedicated team. Job Requirements

  • Valid Texas Food Handler certification
  • Proven experience working in busy kitchen environments
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Physical stamina to stand and work long shifts
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols
  • Willingness to participate in paid training

Job Duties

  • Deliver fast, accurate service during high-volume periods
  • Maintain quality standards for entrees and appetizers under pressure
  • Ensure food safety and sanitation according to Texas Food Handler certification
  • Support team members during busy shifts
  • Follow all kitchen and safety protocols
  • Prepare ingredients and stock as needed
  • Wash and maintain cleanliness of kitchen tools and equipment
