Job Requirements

  • minimum 1 year of experience as a sous chef
  • proven background in upscale or fine dining establishments
  • leadership and communication skills to inspire and guide kitchen staff
  • ability to perform under pressure while maintaining standards
  • knowledge of inventory, food costs, and scheduling practices
  • must be 18 years or older
  • availability for varied shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • support the chef in delivering authentic and innovative Japanese cuisine
  • lead and develop kitchen staff to uphold high standards and efficiency
  • maintain quality, presentation, and service standards across all menu items
  • work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • assist with inventory management, cost control, and staff scheduling
  • collaborate with leadership to ensure a consistent and exceptional dining experience
