The Catering Bartender position at Oak View Group offers a unique opportunity to be part of a highly dynamic team responsible for delivering top-tier beverage service at a prestigious golf tournament. This seasonal role runs from April 24, 2026, through August 24, 2026, offering an hourly wage of $18.00. As a Catering Bartender, you will be charged with providing professional, friendly, and efficient beverage service at a high-volume outdoor event, ensuring guests receive a premium experience during the tournament. Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards and event guidelines
  • Verify guest age and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with state and local laws
  • Operate POS systems accurately, process cash and credit transactions, and maintain proper cash handling procedures
  • Set up, maintain, and break down bar stations throughout the tournament
  • Keep bar areas clean, organized, and fully stocked during event hours
  • Monitor guest consumption and address any service issues professionally
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation policies, including outdoor and heat-related safety protocols
  • Provide courteous, efficient service while managing high guest volume
  • Work collaboratively with concessions, culinary, and event operations teams
