We are currently seeking a well-rounded and seasoned Bartender/Mixologist for the Pier Top Seasonal position, spanning from July 9th, 2026 through December 20th, 2026. This role is pivotal in delivering world-class beverage service at our stunning rooftop, rotating bar, providing guests with expertly crafted cocktails and attentive service that enrich their overall experience. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the selected candidate will utilize their passion for mixology and dedication to excellence to delight guests in a luxurious environment. This position is designed for an energetic and polished individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting, with extensive knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and beers. The Bartender/Mixologist will take pride in maintaining the bar's presentation to the highest standards while consistently delivering exceptional guest service. Responsibilities include preparing a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, personalized guest interactions, inventory management, and adherence to health and safety standards. Through their expertise, this role contributes significantly to the guest satisfaction and overall success of Pier Sixty-Six Resort's distinguished dining experience. Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED recommended
- Some College experience or Degree recommended
- Must be TIPS certified or become certified within 30 days of hire
- Must have a current Food Handlers card
- Previous bartending experience in a professional setting is preferred
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to work under variable temperature conditions

Job Duties
- Preparing all alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for guests
- Assessing bar customer needs and preferences and be able to make personalized recommendations
- Stock and maintain bar area to resort and health department standards
- Provide an exceptional and memorable guest experience
- Participate in ongoing training for professional development
- Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests sitting at the bar
- Set up bar and bar area according to Pier Sixty-Six five-star standards
