We are currently seeking a well-rounded and seasoned Bartender/Mixologist for the Pier Top Seasonal position, spanning from July 9th, 2026 through December 20th, 2026. This role is pivotal in delivering world-class beverage service at our stunning rooftop, rotating bar, providing guests with expertly crafted cocktails and attentive service that enrich their overall experience. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the selected candidate will utilize their passion for mixology and dedication to excellence to delight guests in a luxurious environment. This position is designed for an energetic and polished individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting, with extensive knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and beers. The Bartender/Mixologist will take pride in maintaining the bar's presentation to the highest standards while consistently delivering exceptional guest service. Responsibilities include preparing a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, personalized guest interactions, inventory management, and adherence to health and safety standards.
