Reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Manager, the bartender is responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring that every guest receives timely and friendly service.

The ideal candidate will have thorough knowledge of drink recipes and beverage preparation techniques, along with the ability to recognize regular customers and engage them in a personable manner. Efficiency and accuracy in taking and processing drink orders, handling payments, and maintaining cleanliness are crucial for success in this role. Additionally, the bartender is expected to assist in inventory management and support overall restaurant operations as needed. This position demands considerable physical stamina, as bartenders will be required to work standing for extended periods and occasionally handle heavier items. Fluency in Spanish is preferred, enhancing communication with the diverse clientele the hotel serves.
