Job Requirements
- must represent Cooper's Hawk values
- minimum of 1 year bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar preferred
- strong communication and guest engagement skills
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- basic wine knowledge is a plus
- willingness to learn is a must
- ability to stand and walk up to 10 hours per shift
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- arrive prepared with your station stocked, garnishes prepped, and all tools in working order
- maintain full knowledge of Cooper's Hawk food, drink, and wine menus, as well as steps of service
- ensure opening and mid-shift checklists are completed so the bar is ready for guests from the start
- understand the Wine Club perks and benefits and be ready to educate and invite our guests to the largest wine club community in the world
- keep your bar area clean, organized, and guest-ready throughout the shift
- wash and sterilize glassware as needed to prevent delays in service
- communicate clearly with servers, food runners, hosts, and the kitchen to ensure orders are accurate and timely
