HR Consultant Duties & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with HR and management teams to understand HR issues, goals and company requirements

  • Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives, ensuring a fair and inclusive workplace for employees from diverse backgrounds
  • Conduct HR audits to assess the effectiveness and compliance of HR processes, policies and procedures
  • Present training sessions related to specific HR programs
  • Effectively communicate HR initiatives and changes to all stakeholders

HR Consultant Experience Requirements & Skills

  • Proven experience as an HR consultant
  • Knowledge of HR principles, functions and best practices
  • Computer-savvy with familiarity in HR technology
