Marketing Coordinator Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research to analyze customer behavior, including purchasing habits, trends and preferences
- Design and execute successful marketing campaigns, collaborating with the design department to produce compelling promotional materials
- Set up tracking systems for online marketing activities, tracking progress and liaising with Marketing Managers and/or Marketing Specialists
- Identify and analyze competitors, preparing reports by collecting and analyzing sales data
- Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives and activities, including plans for print, broadcast and online content
- Manage internal communication systems and maintain the overall brand identity through various media channels
- Organize and streamline service offerings, ensuring a user-friendly presentation
- Plan and manage trade shows, conferences, events and meetings, coordinating requirements and establishing contacts
- Continually seek and research new sources of prospective customer data, providing recommendations to sales and marketing leadership
- Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs
Marketing Coordinator Requirements & Skills
- Proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Officer or in a similar role
- Knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing tools
- Expertise in SEO/SEM campaigns
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Experience with research methods using data analytics software
- Project management experience, time-management skills and familiarity with project management software
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Content Management System (CMS) software
