HR Administrator Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage benefits administration, including enrollment, changes and communication with employees

  • Oversee and track employee attendance, addressing discrepancies and ensuring accurate records

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR databases and systems for efficient record-keeping
  • Participate in the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing schedules and handling correspondence
  • Stay current on industry trends, best practices and changes in labor laws to ensure compliance and inform HR strategies
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective communication and collaboration

HR Administrator Experience Requirements & Skills

  • Minimum of [Number] years of experience as an HR Administrator or a similar role
