- Identify staffing needs within the company
- Obtain necessary approvals for the recruitment process, including budgetary and departmental requisitions
- Serve as the primary point of contact during the recruitment process
- Manage the recruitment team, ensuring effective collaboration and communication
- Organize and schedule interviews, coordinating logistics
- Conduct third-stage interviews, assessments and skills tests
- Make the final hiring decision based on input from the hiring team
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires
- Ensure alignment of the recruitment process with company policies and goals
- Work across departments to understand and respond to recruitment needs
Hiring Manager Experience Requirements & Skills
- Proven experience as a Hiring Manager or in a similar role
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership qualities and the ability to manage a recruitment team.
- Proficiency in conducting interviews and assessments
- Familiarity with various recruitment tools and technologies

Hiring Manager Education & Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
