Groundskeeper Duties & Responsibilities

Stay informed about and implement environmental sustainability practices, including water conservation methods and the use of organic fertilizers

Groundskeeper Experience Requirements & Skills

Demonstrated proficiency in horticulture, lawn care and outdoor maintenance
Comprehensive knowledge of plant care, including planting, pruning and nurturing
Proficiency in various lawn care techniques, including mowing, edging and weed control
Experience in operating and maintaining landscaping equipment like mowers, trimmers and leaf blowers
Effective communication skills for seamless collaboration with property owners and team members
Strong time management abilities to efficiently plan and execute various maintenance tasks
Attention to detail to ensure the overall aesthetic and functionality of outdoor spaces
Environmental sustainability awareness and the capability to implement eco-friendly landscaping practices

Groundskeeper Education & Qualification Requirements

Certification or training in horticulture, landscaping or a related field is advantageous
