Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one to three months of related experience
- criminal background check and drug screen required upon conditional offer of hire
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel
- manage scheduling and appointments for staff
- maintain a clean and organized reception area
- handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- assist with administrative tasks as needed
