Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- prior experience in hospitality or senior care preferred
- proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- effective communication skills over the telephone
- ability to handle conflict and difficult situations professionally
- availability to work part-time hours, every other weekend 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products
- must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills
- compassionate and enthusiastic about senior care and hospitality
- ability to work part-time, including every other weekend shifts
Job Duties
- Provide ongoing telephone coverage
- solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a professional manner to meet organizational objectives and ensure individuals feel served appropriately
- keep difficult situations from escalating
- accept delivery packages, document receipt in log book, and notify residents
- prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
- assist the Business Office Manager with projects and assignments
