Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to handle fast paced and high stress situations in the store
- Organize and establish priorities in the store with minimal supervision
- Able to provide feedback and recommendations on store and employee performance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership potential and willingness to learn
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision
Job Duties
- Learn all aspects of store operation including fast and accurate sandwich preparation
- Provide world-class customer service while maintaining a clean and organized shift
- Manage store-level metrics to ensure profitability
- Assist in overseeing day-to-day store operations as an Assistant Manager
- Maintain exceptional store order and supervise employee performance
- Lead by example to execute systems and procedures with integrity
- Support team members in a fast-paced, high stress environment
