The full-time Banquet Operations Supervisor position at Lambeau Field offers a unique opportunity to join a passionate team dedicated to providing top-tier catering and event services. As a Banquet Operations Supervisor, you will lead by example, providing training and ongoing performance evaluations for catering servers and attendants. You will ensure all catered events meet Delaware North’s renowned standards, walking through event spaces to verify setups and food presentations are impeccably executed. Communication and collaboration are crucial aspects of this role; you will work closely with management, event coordinators, and team members to deliver flawless service.

Guest satisfaction is paramount; you will be responsible for maintaining friendly and professional interactions with both internal staff and external clientele, quickly resolving any issues with the support of department managers. Your organizational skills will be put to work as you maintain clean, well-stocked workstations and storerooms, order replacement stock as necessary, and uphold Department of Health sanitation guidelines. Additionally, you will have administrative duties and assist in the setup and teardown of events, ensuring that every function runs seamlessly from start to finish.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of one year experience in service industry
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs for set-up, service, and clean-up of functions
  • Ability to stand or walk for entire length of shift
  • May include walking up and down stairs
  • Must work days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and events
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures—from hot, noisy kitchen conditions to climate-controlled dining environments

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year experience in service industry
  • Previous experience in banquets or other food service environment preferred
  • Excellent guest service skills
  • Ability to adhere to company’s GuestPath Universal Service Standards
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work accurately, efficiently, and courteously in a high-pressure environment

Job Duties

  • Trains and supervises catering servers and attendants and observes and documents job performance
  • Ensures catering servers and attendants properly prepare catered special events for guests, conducts walk-through to check for any issues
  • Communicates and collaborates with members of the catering team (management, coordinators, servers, and attendants) clearly and constructively
  • Ensures all food presentations and displays meet company standards
  • Ensures responsible alcohol service and reports any violations
  • Maintains high standards of friendly guest service with internal and external guests by circulating in assigned sections and greeting guests
  • Resolves guest complaints with department managers' assistance
