Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Report to work on time and maintain uniform standards
- practice positive personal hygiene and cleanliness habits during shifts
- exemplify hospitality standards and answer guest questions about the restaurant
- handle guest requests and complaints prioritizing guest satisfaction
- cooperate with management and co-workers to assist others with duties when needed
- communicate suggestions for improvement positively
- follow all national, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines
- report unsafe conditions and properly use materials and equipment
- know emergency procedures in the restaurant
- perform all duties according to associate handbook standards and procedures
