The company operates across an extensive range of sectors including iconic sports arenas, national parks, casinos, restaurants, hotels, and retail, providing diverse career opportunities for its employees. At the heart of Delaware North’s success is its commitment to people, fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment where team members are valued and career development is encouraged.

The Patina Group, a distinguished division of Delaware North, is actively seeking a part-time Bartender to join their dynamic team at Boston Hub Food Hall in Boston, Massachusetts. This opportunity not only offers a chance to work with a celebrated restaurant group but also to be part of a collaborative and growth-oriented culture that values friendship and professional development. As a part-time Bartender, you will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding guest experience by responsibly serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. This position is a tipped role with a base hourly wage of $6.75, excluding potential tip earnings, emphasizing the importance of guest interactions and service quality in overall compensation.

In this role, you will be responsible for fulfilling drink orders accurately and efficiently, maintaining bar stock, and ensuring adherence to all company policies and procedures regarding alcohol service. Attention to detail is crucial, as you will be handling payments, making change, and completing sales and inventory reports. You will also be required to request identification when serving alcoholic beverages to ensure compliance with legal regulations. This job demands physical stamina with constant standing, walking, and occasional lifting, set within a fast-paced and lively environment where environmental noise levels can be moderate to high during peak times.

Working at Delaware North offers you more than just a job; it provides weekly pay, flexible work schedules, employee discounts, and opportunities for training and professional growth. The organization is deeply committed to the personal and professional well-being of its employees, offering a comprehensive benefits package designed to provide comfort, safety, and security. Furthermore, Delaware North is an equal opportunity employer dedicated to fostering diversity and inclusivity in the workplace without discrimination based on race, color, religion, gender, or any protected status.

Joining Delaware North means becoming part of a global legacy that values team culture and career development. If you are at least 18 years old, enjoy working in a high-volume, customer-centric environment, and have experience in cash handling and utilizing point-of-sale systems, this role presents an excellent opportunity to grow with one of the most respected names in hospitality. Whether you are seeking shifts on weekdays, weekends, or holidays, and are ready to work in a fast-paced, event-driven atmosphere, the Patina Group welcomes you to contribute to shaping the future of hospitality at Boston Hub Food Hall.
