Job Description

Uline is a family-owned company and recognized as North America’s leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials. With a workforce exceeding 9,800 employees spread across 14 locations, Uline stands out for its commitment to quality products and exceptional customer service. The organization is deeply rooted in promoting a safe and drug-free workplace, requiring all new hires to complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening. As a leader in its industry, Uline has established a reputation for fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment, proudly identified as an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer, emphasizing diversity, veteran, and disability inclusion.

Uline's Wisconsin Distribution Center, located at 12885 104th St., Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158, is actively seeking a Warehouse Management Trainee to join their overnight team. This distinct role offers an exciting opportunity for emerging leaders looking to build a strong foundation in warehouse operations and management through an extensive hands-on rotational program lasting 18 months. Positioned on the overnight shift from Sunday to Thursday, between 7 PM and 3:30 AM, this role provides competitive pay starting from $32 to $36 per hour, which includes a $4 shift differential, illustrating Uline's commitment to recognizing and rewarding the dedication of their overnight workforce.

As a Warehouse Management Trainee, individuals are immersed in all aspects of warehouse operations, developing capabilities across inbound, outbound, and supporting warehouse teams. This is not just a job; it is a comprehensive learning experience designed to elevate both technical skills and leadership abilities. Trainees will undergo extensive hands-on training with opportunities to achieve forklift and warehouse equipment certification, equipping them to lead teams while upholding the highest standards of accuracy, safety, and operational performance.

Moreover, this role is remarkable as it represents a growth pathway within a thriving company where job stability and advancement potential are genuine and celebrated. Qualified candidates even receive relocation assistance, signifying Uline’s commitment to attracting top talent regardless of geographical location. Beyond the technical experience, Uline offers a supportive and modern working environment featuring clean, first-class facilities, a fitness center with complimentary personal trainers, and scenic walking trails, reflecting the company’s holistic approach to employee well-being.

Candidates who thrive in fast-paced environments and demonstrate initiative, teamwork, and problem-solving will find this role especially rewarding. The Warehouse Management Trainee position is tailored for motivated individuals seeking not only to grow their career but also to make a significant impact within a longstanding, family-owned business renowned for its culture and community-oriented mindset. Uline’s comprehensive benefits package includes complete health insurance coverage from day one, a 401(k) plan with 6% employer match, multiple bonus programs, paid holidays, generous paid time off, as well as tuition assistance to support continuing professional education. These benefits further underscore Uline’s investment in its people and their futures.
