Panda Restaurant Group is dedicated to building a community where employees feel inspired and empowered to improve their lives. The company’s mission extends beyond its food; it focuses on positively impacting the team members and the communities where it operates. Renowned for its vibrant atmosphere and delicious cuisine, Panda is not only a place to eat but a cherished tradition for its vast customer base.

This Shift Leader role represents a pivotal position within the Panda team. As a Shift Leader, you become an essential leader who brings Panda’s mission alive by supporting management in creating food with passion, service with heart, and ambiance with pride. Working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, this position offers a unique opportunity to cultivate skills in managing store operations while leading a dynamic restaurant team. You will take an active role in fostering a welcoming and lively environment for guests, ensuring every visit embodies the Panda spirit.

You will gain hands-on experience preparing and cooking Panda’s signature dishes, allowing you to become intimately familiar with the products that delight customers. This position emphasizes leadership development, offering the chance to sharpen your ability to guide and motivate team members during your shift. You will also develop operational skills by assisting in the management of store functions, ensuring that every shift runs smoothly and efficiently. It is a role designed for individuals who aspire to grow within the food service industry, providing a broad range of experiences that contribute to both personal and professional development.

Panda values employees who can manage challenging situations with grace and collaborate with their teammates to deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction. The company’s commitment to equal opportunity means that it welcomes diverse candidates and provides accommodations to ensure an inclusive hiring process.

This opportunity is more than just a job; it’s a chance to join a respected brand with a legacy of family-oriented excellence and a commitment to employee growth.
