Job Requirements

high school education or equivalent
pass an extensive screening process
have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in security, military, or law enforcement
be 21 years of age or older
maintain excellent uniform appearance and grooming
possess or be willing to obtain a valid security license if required
demonstrate accountability and ability to hold others accountable
have effective communication skills

Job Qualifications

high school education or equivalent
two or more years of supervisory experience in security, military, or law enforcement
effective oral and written communication skills
proficiency in Microsoft Office
leadership or management experience
ability to write detailed reports
personable with strong soft skills
valid security license or willingness to obtain if required
excellent customer service skills

Job Duties

provide rapid response in critical situations
observe, survey the area, and report on activity at assigned location
enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards
maintain excellent uniform appearance and grooming standards
hold subordinate officers accountable
communicate effectively both orally and in writing
manage and supervise security personnel during events
