Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Nevada gaming registration required
- Nevada alcohol awareness certification required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability and willingness to maintain upbeat positive and friendly attitude
- Adherence to grooming standards with no visible tattoos, piercings or unnatural hair colors
- Ability to wear appropriate business or light business attire as required
- Availability to work various shifts
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Assist in planning and executing the casino marketing event process
- Greet and provide guests with registration packets and information
- Prepare gift packages and work with the special events manager to implement BEOs effectively
- Prepare welcome packets including welcome letters, timelines, tournament rules, food coupons, drawing tickets, banquet drink and concert tickets
- Communicate interdepartmentally and support data for reports, records and filing
- Support overall planning, coordination, and execution of all events and promotions
- Compose event and promotion-related communications
- Research, develop and manage relationships with vendors and entertainment
- Create event and promotion rules and seek approvals
- Attend events and serve as point of contact
- Perform other assignments as directed by management
