This company specializes in managing client buyouts, private and public events, and marketing initiatives tailored to enhance the business unit's brand visibility and customer engagement. As a pivotal player in the event management niche, the company prides itself on maintaining high brand standards, generating positive public relations, and delivering exceptional experiences to clients and guests alike. The venue serves a diverse clientele, from private parties to public corporate events, emphasizing seamless coordination and creative event execution.\n\nThis role is designed for a highly skilled Event Planning Support professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multifaceted production environment. The successful candidate will be entrusted with critical responsibilities covering the full event lifecycle — from initial client engagement through post-event activities. This includes managing inquiries, booking events, coordinating logistics and vendors, overseeing event setups, and ensuring that all programming aligns with the company’s brand and operational standards. The role is full-time, in person, and offers a competitive salary starting from $50,000 annually. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in event management, sales, and project leadership, coupled with an ability to maintain calm and provide solutions under pressure. A key aspect of the position is the maintenance of strong client relationships and a keen attention to detail in all facets of event planning.\n\nThe candidate will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure events are executed flawlessly, embodying the company’s commitment to excellence and client satisfaction. Beyond coordination, the candidate will actively contribute to improving operational standards, fostering new client partnerships, managing marketing initiatives, and supporting the brand’s expansion in a highly competitive market. The work environment demands flexibility, including availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet the holistic needs of event programming. This opportunity is ideal for someone passionate about event management, adept at multitasking, and eager to contribute positively to a well-established venue in one of the most exciting cities for live events. Join a team dedicated to creating memorable events with a professional approach and a customer-centric mindset.
