- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef in full-service, high-volume restaurants
- Experience working with French cuisine
- Open availability including nights, weekends and holidays
- Flexible and willing to adapt to ongoing changes
- Able to inspire, motivate, and develop employees
- Proven track record in building high-performing teams
