Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment
- Flexible to work a variety of shifts
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation
- Physical ability to lift and carry kitchen supplies
- Commitment to quality and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous kitchen, culinary, or chef experience preferred
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment including knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, ovens, broiler and pizza oven desired
- Ability to follow recipes and food preparation guidelines
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
Job Duties
- Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to recipe procedures
- Ensuring the highest quality food execution
- Following company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Communicating clearly and respectfully with managers and team members
- Using a variety of kitchen tools and equipment efficiently
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
