Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of kitchen or cooking experience preferred
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and handle kitchen equipment
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to follow safety protocols
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a line cook, sauté cook, grill cook, or chef in a high-volume restaurant
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to follow recipes and presentation standards
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
  • Culinary certification or relevant training is a plus

Job Duties

  • Prepare menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure food quality and timely orders
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Monitor inventory and report stock needs
  • Assist in the training of new kitchen staff
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
