Job Requirements

  • minimum of three years of similar work experience
  • post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus
  • ability to lead, supervise and develop pastry and savory teams
  • flexibility to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation
  • strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • passion for food and culinary innovation

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of three years of experience in a similar culinary leadership role
  • proven ability to lead and develop culinary teams
  • strong creativity in menu development
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • post-secondary diploma or degree in culinary arts or related field is a plus
  • experience in 24-hour operation environments

Job Duties

  • lead and supervise pastry and savory culinary teams
  • develop and implement innovative and locally sourced menus
  • ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
  • engage and inspire team members to deliver exceptional guest service
  • manage culinary operations to meet financial performance goals
  • maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
  • communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management
