Job Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years culinary experience
- Food Handler Certification
- Ability to work day and night shifts
- Availability to work Monday to Friday and weekends as needed
- Physical ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills

- Proven leadership experience in a high-volume culinary environment
- Demonstrated culinary skills and menu development experience
- Strong communication and team management abilities
- Food Handler Certification
- Ability to maintain quality standards under pressure
- Experience managing food and labor costs
Job Duties
- Monitor food preparation for quality and accuracy
- Maintain food and labor cost goals
- Ensure smooth timing of food preparation and delivery of food to guests
- Facilitate communication between front of house and back of house
- Mentor and develop kitchen staff
- Oversee inventory and ordering processes
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
