Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- One year of collegiate or professional stadium and/or large arena event management experience
- Experience in leading part-time staff and vendors
- Ability to work long and irregular hours
- Effective communication skills
- Decision-making under pressure
- Commitment to diversity and inclusion
- Availability to work flexible schedules
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Experience leading part-time staff and vendors

- Experience in Division 1 Power-5 athletic programs preferred
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator, CAD, or Photoshop preferred
- Master's degree in Sport Management or related field preferred
- Two years of collegiate or professional football stadium event management preferred
Job Duties
- Coordinate planning and execution of athletic events
- Serve as main point of contact for game operations
- Recruit, interview, hire, supervise, and evaluate temporary and student staff
- Collaborate with internal and external departments and agencies
- Plan, organize, and coordinate event management services
- Manage budgeting and staffing for outside contracted events
- Train staff in NCAA, Big Ten, and university policies and procedures
