Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- minimum two years of experience in customer service
- minimum one year of food service experience
- ability to speak, read and write English fluently
- ability to work weekends and holidays with flexible hours
- local to Phoenix, AZ and surrounding areas
- ability to walk and stand for long periods of time

Job Duties
- assist dietary cooks with food preparation
- maintain production and inventory control
- ensure compliance with kitchen safety and sanitation protocols
- clean and sanitize kitchen equipment
- adhere to food safety and recipe instructions
- manage therapeutic and modified diet meal preparations
- perform general sanitation including sweeping, mopping, washing dishes, and trash removal
