Job Requirements

  • Minimum one (1) years of baking experience or culinary degree
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must possess a high desire to service guests
  • Complete knowledge and understanding of the hospitality industry, policies and procedures to include sanitation
  • Proficient with working on various computer programs
  • Detail-oriented and able to make efficient decisions
  • Should have prior knowledge of pastry/baking terms
  • Current food handler's card and other certification as required by federal/state/local law
  • Able to receive critical feedback and grow from experience
  • Language: required to speak, read and write English
  • Availability: must be able and flexible to work as required by business demands which includes holidays
  • Must have a valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Learn and adapt to the work that is required
  • Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make baked goods, such as cookies, bread, cakes, etc.
  • Works safely to ensure production is done in a timely manner with no issues
  • Assists in meeting food safety and quality controls by rotating product and monitor food
  • Place all orders away when we receive products / organize walk in and freezer
  • Organize all speed racks and carts in walk in / constantly monitor
  • Cleaning and restocking workstations and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift
  • Lines up baked products in mobile carts/speed racks according to the needs of the particular outlet or BEO
  • Cleans, breaks down, and puts away all baking equipment including ovens, mixers, proofer, floors, freezer
  • Ensure all Covid 19, Eco Sure, HD and HACCP standards are being strictly adhered to
