Job Requirements

  • Be 18 years or older
  • Possess leadership skills to support and guide the team
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
  • Have basic math skills
  • Be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Be able to stand for full shifts
  • Have or obtain a Food Handler's Permit within 30 days

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
  • Leadership abilities with team management experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic math skills for register handling and scheduling
  • Food Handler's Permit or ability to obtain within 30 days
  • Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure

Job Duties

  • Lead the team during shifts and ensure smooth operations
  • Train and support team members with clear guidance
  • Perform tasks across front counter, drive-thru, kitchen, and prep
  • Manage shift tasks focusing on quality and guest satisfaction
  • Open and close the store following established checklists
  • Monitor staffing levels and labor costs during shifts
  • Maintain cleanliness, service standards, and food quality
