Job Requirements
- Be 18 years or older
- Possess leadership skills to support and guide the team
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
- Have basic math skills
- Be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Be able to stand for full shifts
- Have or obtain a Food Handler's Permit within 30 days
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
- Leadership abilities with team management experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for register handling and scheduling
- Food Handler's Permit or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
Job Duties
- Lead the team during shifts and ensure smooth operations
- Train and support team members with clear guidance
- Perform tasks across front counter, drive-thru, kitchen, and prep
- Manage shift tasks focusing on quality and guest satisfaction
- Open and close the store following established checklists
- Monitor staffing levels and labor costs during shifts
- Maintain cleanliness, service standards, and food quality
