JCK Restaurants is a family-owned business that has been serving the Pacific Northwest since 1989. Founded by Joe and Cathleen Karcher, the company began with a single Carl's Jr. location in Springfield, Oregon. It has since expanded to include a diverse portfolio of restaurant brands.

Our Brands

• Carl's Jr.: As the inaugural brand in the JCK family, Carl's Jr. has been a cornerstone of operations. The first location opened in 1990 in Springfield, Oregon. Known for its charbroiled burgers and diverse menu, it continues to be a favorite among customers.
• Jersey Mike's Subs: Introduced in 2014, this brand is celebrated for its authentic sub sandwiches made with fresh ingredients.
• The Human Bean: Also added in 2014, The Human Bean is a drive-thru coffeehouse known for its high-quality coffee and espresso drinks, reflecting commitment to diverse dining experiences.
• Dave's Hot Chicken: Joined in 2021, this concept specializes in Nashville-style hot chicken and has quickly gained popularity for its flavorful and spicy offerings.
• JCK Asia Kitchen & Bar: Established in 2023 in Chula Vista, California, this brand offers authentic Asian fusion dining. The menu features dumplings, noodles, and specialty items like Angus Steak with House Sauce. It emphasizes locally sourced ingredients and provides dine-in, take-out, and online ordering options.
