Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food Handler's Permit or ability to acquire within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and be active for full shifts
- Availability to work full-time hours based on business needs
- Basic math skills for operational tasks
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
Job Qualifications
- Are 18 or older
- Can lead by example and support others
- Have basic math skills for register, scheduling, and shift planning
- Have a Food Handler's Permit or can get one within 30 days
- Experience in fast-food or restaurant leadership roles is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Leading the team during your shift and keeping operations on point
- Training and supporting team members with instructional guidance
- Jumping in wherever needed: front counter, drive-thru, kitchen, or prep
- Managing shift tasks with a focus on detail, quality, and guest satisfaction
- Opening and/or closing the store using clear checklists and routines
- Monitoring staffing and labor costs during your shift
- Making sure cleanliness, service, and food quality all hit the Carl's Jr. standard
