Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate associates on tools tasks and resources
- Plan bakery productions ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- Follow recipe measurement instructions and use decorating bags tips and nozzles to create flowers and lettering
- Adhere to food safety standards sanitation guidelines and cold chain compliance
- Operate maintain and sanitize bakery equipment and manage inventory
- Use handheld technology to make business decisions related to production ordering and product quality
- Drive bakery area performance by controlling waste preparing for seasonal events assisting members and resolving member issues
- Act as a brand ambassador by modeling high quality service and training associates
- Comply with company policies procedures and standards of ethics and integrity
- Complete assignments by collaborating with managers coworkers customers and business partners
- Embrace diversity and foster a culture of belonging
