- Minimum one year of experience as a bartender or mixologist in a high-volume setting
- ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during the season

- Minimum one year of experience as a bartender or mixologist in a high-volume setting
- passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- positive, engaging personality with a polished, professional appearance
- strong knowledge of cocktail preparation, wine, and spirits
- ability to multitask and maintain composure during busy service periods
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during the season
- bartending or mixology certification preferred
- experience in private clubs, fine dining, or upscale casual environments preferred
- familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills preferred
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve classic and contemporary cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and flair
- provide exceptional service to members and guests across various outlets including member dining, private events, and seasonal celebrations
- create new cocktail recipes and contribute to seasonal beverage menus
- monitor guest needs and proactively offer recommendations or assistance
- verify age requirements for alcohol service and follow all club, state, and local alcohol regulations
- maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times
- assist with setup and breakdown of events including weddings, regattas, and holiday gatherings
- collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with service and culinary staff to ensure smooth operations
