The Barback position at Sonesta International Hotels plays a crucial role in supporting the food and beverage operations by ensuring materials and supplies are readily available. This entry-level role focuses on setting up bars and other service areas, including providing ice, glasses, and coffee to outlets. The Barback is also responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout the outlets and managing stock during shifts to facilitate smooth service delivery.

Job Duties

  • Provide set-up materials such as ice, glasses, coffee to food and beverage outlets

  • Operate glasswashing machine to clean glasses
  • Deliver passionate and engaging service to guests
