We are currently seeking a dynamic and energetic Hybrid Barback/Server Assistant to join our hospitality team on a full-time basis. This versatile position bridges the essential support between bar and food service areas, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes and enhancing the overall guest experience. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, exhibits excellent communication skills, and possesses a proactive and friendly attitude. Responsibilities include restocking bar supplies, assisting bartenders with beverage service, maintaining cleanliness in all service areas, helping with basic food preparation such as garnishing, and operating POS systems including Toast POS for order processing and cash handling.

This role offers a unique chance for individuals to develop key hospitality skills while working in an engaging environment that values customer service excellence and teamwork. Experience in nightclub, banquet, catering, or restaurant environments is highly desirable but not mandatory. Job Requirements

Experience with food handling, bussing, serving at the bar
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests
Ability to work in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
Flexibility to work nights or weekends as needed for events or shifts
Prior experience in hotel or food industry roles such as barista or server assistant is beneficial
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly

Job Duties

Support bartenders by restocking supplies, cleaning bar areas, and assisting with beverage service as needed
Help with food preparation tasks for bar including garnishing and basic bar duties
Operate POS systems such as Toast POS for order processing and cash handling
Maintain cleanliness of all service areas including back bar, glass area and bar
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and courteously
Assist with general hospitality duties to ensure a welcoming environment for all guests
