Job Requirements
- Must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment
- retain necessary certifications in responsible beverage service where required by law
- able to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds
- capable of standing and walking for most of the shift
- able to perform various active physical tasks
- demonstrate endurance for long or high-volume shifts

Job Duties
- Support bartenders by ensuring they have everything needed to keep drinks flowing
- keep the bar stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice
- maintain a clean and organized bar area by cleaning glassware, equipment, and utensils
- collect empty glasses and bottles to keep drink service running smoothly
- work alongside bartenders and playmakers to ensure efficient service
- adhere to safety and sanitation standards
