This position is an hourly, non-exempt role paying $16.90 per hour plus tips. Teamwork is key, as you will support all areas of the restaurant as business needs arise, demonstrate a strong commitment to food safety, cleanliness, sanitation, and job safety standards, and provide expert beverage guidance to servers to ensure guests receive the best possible dining experience. The position requires duty in a fast-paced environment where visual acuity, manual dexterity, and physical stamina are essential to meet demanding service standards. Included with the role are comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental and vision, paid sick leave as mandated by California law, and multiple growth opportunities such as their Shift Leader program. The company fosters a hospitable culture that values hard work and leadership and offers various scheduling options to accommodate team members' needs. Additional benefits like meal discounts, employee assistance programs, and holiday closures on Thanksgiving and Christmas emphasize the company’s deep commitment to the well-being of their employees.
