This position is an hourly, non-exempt role paying $16.90 per hour plus tips. As a Bartender for Outback Steakhouse under the Out West Restaurant Group umbrella, you will be at the forefront of delivering an exceptional customer experience, crafting perfectly tailored drinks that enhance the Australian-themed hospitality experience unique to Outback. Your role involves engaging with guests to deliver prompt, friendly, and attentive service while using your extensive knowledge of the menu to recommend and upsell beverages that complement the meals being served. Teamwork is key, as you will support all areas of the restaurant as business needs arise, demonstrate a strong commitment to food safety, cleanliness, sanitation, and job safety standards, and provide expert beverage guidance to servers to ensure guests receive the best possible dining experience. The position requires duty in a fast-paced environment where visual acuity, manual dexterity, and physical stamina are essential to meet demanding service standards.
